Kingdom Growth Marketing ("KGM," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital marketing agency based in Portland, Oregon, operated as a sole proprietorship by Brian Carmona-Perez.

KGM provides digital marketing services including website design and management, lead capture, CRM and pipeline setup, calendar booking, reputation management, reporting, and related marketing support. Service scope, pricing, and deliverables are agreed separately with each client. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue figures, or lead volumes.

Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, setup fees are due at the start of engagement and monthly fees are billed in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per the terms of your individual agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, and information reasonably needed to deliver services, and to respond to requests promptly. KGM is not responsible for delays or suboptimal results caused by incomplete or delayed client input.

Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, templates, and tools. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for them, excluding our underlying frameworks and third-party assets. Client-provided content remains the client's property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KGM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim during the prior three months.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as scheduling, CRM, and email tools). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third parties, and their terms apply to your use of them.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
